1. Products

All fragrances are extraits de parfum at 30% concentration, composed, macerated and bottled by hand in small batches in Poland. The wooden caps are cut, aged, finished and engraved by hand, so every cap differs slightly from the photos and from every other cap. This is a feature of the product, not a defect. Product photos are illustrative.

2. Orders

Orders can be placed on the website 24 hours a day. The purchase contract is concluded when I confirm your order by email.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro (or converted to your local currency at checkout) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. I start preparing an order once payment has been received.

4. Shipping

Premiere orders (SCRIPTORIUM, VAMPYRE, NAUFRAGIUM) ship at the end of November 2026, once maceration is complete. Free shipping on orders from €200 within Poland and from €400 within the EU. Delivery times, costs and destinations are described in the Shipping Policy.

5. Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

A bottle can be returned only if its atomizer has not been used: the perfume must not have been sprayed even once. Every returned bottle is checked before a refund is issued (fill level, weight and the atomizer itself), so any use can be verified. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, a bottle whose atomizer has been used cannot be returned. Samples can be returned only unopened.

To return an order, email noctifera.bloodline@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number; I will reply with the return address. The cost of sending the goods back is yours. Damage during the return shipment is not covered by me, so please pack the bottle carefully and choose a safe, tracked and insured shipping option.

Once the bottle has arrived and passed the check, I refund the price of the returned products using the same payment method you used. Shipping costs are not refunded.

6. Complaints

As the seller, I am responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract as required by law. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email me at noctifera.bloodline@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos. I reply to complaints within 14 days. A damaged or defective product can always be returned, regardless of the atomizer rule above.

7. Safe use

For external use only. Flammable: keep away from heat and open flame. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If you have sensitive skin, test on a small area first. The full ingredient list, including declarable allergens, is printed on the packaging.

8. Personal data

I process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. I may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to it.
