1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Noctifera online store, placing orders, making payments, order fulfillment, and handling complaints.
  2. The online store operates through the official Noctifera website.
  3. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  4. These Terms apply to all purchases made through the Noctifera store.

2. Products

  1. All products offered in the store are handmade and produced individually upon order.
  2. Due to the handmade nature of the products, individual pieces may slightly differ from the images presented on the website, which is a natural characteristic of handcrafted items.
  3. Product photos on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed through the store’s website 24 hours a day.
  2. Placing an order constitutes a purchase agreement between the customer and the seller.
  3. After placing an order, the customer will receive confirmation that the order has been received.

4. Payments

  1. Customers are required to complete payment using one of the available payment methods provided in the store.
  2. Order processing begins after the payment has been successfully received.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

  1. As each product is made to order, the processing time is between 7–14 business days.
  2. In some cases, the processing time may be shorter or longer, depending on the number of orders and the production process.
  3. The order will be shipped after the product preparation process has been completed.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  1. According to applicable consumer protection laws regarding custom or made-to-order products, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to goods produced on individual request.
  2. Since all Noctifera products are made to order, returns and order cancellations after production has begun are not possible.
  3. Customers are advised to carefully review the product description before placing an order.

7. Complaints

  1. If a customer receives a defective or damaged product, they have the right to submit a complaint.
  2. Complaints should be submitted by email with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the product.
  3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of submission.

8. Personal Data

  1. Customer personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and store operation.
  2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to complete the order.

9. Final Provisions

  1. The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by applicable law.
  3. These Terms and Conditions take effect upon publication on the website.
